Little Tibet-A Boutique Resort

I really liked the location, it was quiet and peaceful. The ambience and the surroundings makes that place quite nice to stay.

The place has limited access to cabs and parking.

Parking system is very bad. We are waiting more than one hour for our vehicle movement. Due hotel mismanagement I was miss our train . We have facing more harresment

Location was nice and facilities were suoerb.

Check-in time of 2PM was too late than usual considering check-out time of 11AM

The food was very tasty and the location of property was one of the best.

Room was stinking,the water heater was not working,the attached toilet gate was not getting locked from outside after one uses the washroom and the hotel staff were helpless about it.The television was not working properly.

Quiet place, tibetean ambience, helpful staff, loved the electric blanket that helped to fend off cold

Cold rooms in winter. Electric blankets helped a lot.. but meant you didn't want to leave the bed!!

Staff very courteous and friendly. I was coming back from a trek which was ruined due to the heavy rain. Team was kind enough to offer early check in and provided complimentary drink,hot lemon ginger honey which was yum and set the tone for the stay. The room was larger than the description which was surprising as most hotels seem to mention much bigger size online than reality. The rooms seemed to have been recently renovated and were in good shape. Overall a very good experience.

Food in restaurant is limited to Indian, Chinese and Tibetan. While they did listen to my request for pasta, I would have have liked some Arabic or Mediterranean food option if possible.

Over priced ,not comfortable basic room requirements not met,toiletries were not given repeated perusal had to be done.Room cleaning had to be called repeatedly for overall a very bad experience

The staff was courteous. We had a person with wheelchair. The staff was really helpful with the wheelchair arrangements and also ensure they themselves take care of it on the steep platform

The cleanliness and the restaurant. The corridor was always stinking with cigarette smokes. The restaurant lacked options and also the way they serve.

The hotel is very old so the rooms and hallway smell of musk and mold. The flush on the toilet is very weak and not strong enough.

The whole place could do with a thorough deep cleanse, poor food options and quality, some wall plugs not working, dodgy plumbing (leaking shower, glass shower doors prone to shattering and unreliable hot water), no AmEx credit card accepted.

The room furniture and fixtures are good and well maintained. Staff members are cooperative. Location of the hotel is excellent. Kanchanjanga view point is a minute's walk from the hotel. Mall is very near to the hotel.

Room lighting is not satisfactory. The ground floor rooms are fairly dark .

Really liked the property. This place has been curated on Tibetan Theme and it shows in their small library and narrow lane that reaches to rooms of the hotel.The staff is courteous and were very helpful during our stay. The hotel is located closer to the popular tourist spots, we were able to visit most places by walk.

1. Windows in the rooms do not face the sun, and it was troublesome for us in Dec. 2. Complimentary food especially for dinner was very limited. Although the breakfast buffet was amazing. Some more varieties would have been amazing.

the staff were just lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. the location also was 100% and the beds lovely and comfortable.

The bathrooms need a definite upgrade with mould growing and little hot water- this was not very welcoming.

The service was top notch.everytime I called reception or housekeeping, they were always ready to serve with a smile,making our stay extremely comfortable. Plus excellent location to enjoy the best of Darjeeling.

Everything was pretty amazing especially the food. We were actually shocked how good the staff was and the location was just perfect, not too far from Mall Road and not too near too. Just perfect!

Technical problem . no Wi-Fi connectivity ,television not working. water pressure was low. need an assistance to fix lot of small thing compelled me. bathroom mate was not available.I specially chose this property for car parking ( Morning i got my Car in scratch condition ) don't know whom to blame. spoil my entire trip.

A good open garden with a good view.

Hotel does not have a connection with main road. The vehicle will stop some 200 m and the rest path has to be walked with heavy luggage. There is no one from hotel who will help you as well. Rooms don't have a provision for heating. Its unbearable to stay in a property where there is no proper heating provision. There is no hot water available in washroom. You have to keep the taps running to get hot water. Room service is costly and the room rent was sky high.
